CAOHC COURSES

The Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation is the national professional organization responsible for maintaining a standard of performance in hearing conservation work.  CAOHC's mission is to enhance the quality of Occupational Hearing Conservation Programs through their involvement in pending legislation, authorship of a manual, standardized training guidelines, etc.  (The entire staff at Industrial Hearing Testing is accredited through this group.)

Industrial Hearing Testing is sponsoring an approved course at our Auburn Massachusetts offices to be directed by  Steven Fournier, Au.D, C.C.C.-A.   The courses will offer both new applicants and recertifications.  Anyone who is responsible for administering the Hearing Conservation Program at your facility should consider attending.  Subject matter ranges from your role as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist to noise analysis strategies, to learning how to administer a hearing test correctly.  Certification is valid for 5 years.  Attendance will be limited, so register  now to reserve a seat!
